FinderX is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your information.

1. No Data Collection

FinderX does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information, usage data, or file metadata. All application activity remains strictly local to your device.

2. Local File Processing

All core functions, including copying/moving files, path generation, and shell script execution, are processed entirely on your machine. We do not have access to your files or their contents.

3. Security Scoped Access

FinderX uses macOS Security-Scoped Bookmarks. This means the app can only access folders and files that you explicitly authorize through the standard system picker. You can revoke this access at any time from the app settings.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Pro membership purchases are handled exclusively through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for details regarding payment data.

5. Third-Party Services

The app does not use any third-party analytics, diagnostic, or advertising frameworks.
