LDTech (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you of how our mobile application, AirPlayX (the “App”), handles your information.

1. Information We Collect

AirPlayX does not collect, store, or transmit any of your personally identifiable information. All features of the App operate locally or communicate via your local Wi-Fi network.

1.1 Permissions Usage

In order to provide screen mirroring and media casting features, we need access to the following permissions, but we do not send this data to any servers:

• Local Network: Used to discover and connect to browsers within your Wi-Fi network.
• Camera: Used only when you actively use the “Camera Casting” feature to stream your real-time video to a receiver.
• Microphone: Used only for capturing audio during camera casting and recording.
• Photo Library: Allows you to select locally stored photos and videos for casting; also used to save photos or videos you capture within the App.
• Screen Recording: The core of the screen mirroring feature, used to capture your iOS device screen content and stream it in real-time to a browser.

2. Data Processing and Transmission

• Real-time Streaming: All audio and video streams (including screen mirroring and camera content) are transmitted via point-to-point (P2P) protocols or within your local area network (LAN). Data does not pass through our servers and is not intercepted by us or any third party.
• Local Storage: The App has no back-end server. All user configurations and media files captured through the App are stored only on your local device.

3. Third-party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party advertising platforms, data analytics tools, or tracking SDKs. Therefore, your usage behavior is not collected or analyzed by any third party.

4. Data Security

Since the App does not collect any online data, your data security primarily depends on your local device security and your LAN environment. We recommend using the App on trusted Wi-Fi networks.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App does not collect any information and therefore does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13.

6. Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated by updating this page with the new “Last Updated” date.
